- Items can be color coded based on importance, completion order, class associated with task, or other ways that make the list personal.
- Items can be added at any time.
- Checklist can be shared with collaborators on group projects so everyone knows what is done and what needs to be done.
- If used for collaboration, links to documents could be added to the checklist so group members can review them as needed.
